About Sesame Oil Manufacturing Unit
The sesame oil unit was the first manufacturing plant established by the group in the year 1999. It is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of sesame oil, sesame seeds, and sesame oil cake across the country. Though the facility was initially set up as a simple sesame crushing unit back in 1999, it has kept its pace with time. With continuous advancement and upgrading in technology, we now have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
We are one of the first companies in West Bengal to foresee the future in the sesame industry and understood the need for modern technology in this sector. B K Group is the pioneer in eastern India to import and install one of the most advanced cleaning machinery for sesame from Buhler, a German engineering company, in the year 2012. It was the proposition of the promoters who identified ‘cleaning as the integral part of the oil manufacturing process.
Today, BK Group has its own reputation, goodwill, and strong clientele in the sesame industry for keeping up to its commitment towards quality and timely supply. Due to high quality standards and business ethics, the company caters to the needs of many exporters. We produce some of the finest quality sesame oil in the whole of eastern India to satisfy the needs of companies in the FMCG industry.

We strive to provide the best quality of sesame and its allied products. With experience in the industry for over two decades, we have set high quality standards and are consistent in maintaining the same. From the procurement of raw to the final output, quality is checked in each and every stage of production. We follow stringent quality control methods to ensure the supply of the best quality products.
The best-quality seeds are handpicked from the state with strict inspection and quality checks. All the procured seeds are stacked based on their FFA content. To maintain the quality, the seeds are cleaned through a 5-stage cleaning process. Keeping the quality in mind, B.K. Group was the first to get its cleaning mechanism from Buhler, a global leader in technology and innovation when it comes to machines. Oil is extracted from the cleaned seeds in expellers, keeping in mind the aroma, the flavor, and the nutritional component of the oil. The produced oil is continuously checked in our in-house laboratory to assure the quality.
